Our psychology clinics are easily assessable to those living or working in Kingsford. Many clients take the bus route 358 (which goes past both our Rosebery and Mascot practices) or simply reach us after a short drive along Gardeners Road (with parking available nearby our two locations).

At times, clients may have attended the UNSW Psychology Clinic (which is a reputable training clinic) before coming to Psyc Spot. This may be after deciding that a private practice with fully qualified Clinical Psychologists can better suit the client’s complex needs. Importantly, complex needs does not necessarily equate to high severity conditions like psychosis or dissociative disorders. High-functioning and “symptomless” individuals who nonetheless feels something is amiss, but cannot consciously articulate what or why this is the case, also fall under this category. Individuals who come to Psyc Spot do not need to have clearly defined problems or goals in mind. Exploring and identifying these can (and often is) part of the therapy.

Kingsford is also home to many international students who attend UNSW. Many of our Clinical Psychologists have particular experience working with international students from diverse backgrounds and needs.
