Mascot: Mondays and Tuesdays

I am passionate about walking alongside people during difficult times. I seek to collaborate with clients to uncover the meaning behind their suffering and find the strength within themselves to move toward greater clarity, direction, and hope.

I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, ADHD, erectile dysfunction, pornography addiction, body dysmorphia, perfectionism, procrastination, guilt, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, bullying, work-related stress and burnout, grief and bereavement, and family-related concerns. I have worked as a psychologist across multiple settings, including the Anxiety Treatment and Research Unit, headspace, Child Behaviour Research Clinic, university clinics, and private practice. I have also previously worked across homeless youth refuge and disability support settings.

My therapeutic approach draws from several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Modalities used are tailored according to each individual’s goals and needs. While modalities are helpful guides supported by research evidence, I view the relationship between therapist and client as of primary importance. I aim to create a therapeutic space that is accepting toward all people and all stories.

I am also a registered provider for WorkCover and CTP Insurance.
