Just as our fingerprints are unique, I truly believe that every client I work with is one of a kind. That’s why I take a personalized approach to therapy, tailored to your individual needs. As a therapist, my focus is always on you – your experiences, your strengths, and your journey. Whether you’re new to therapy or a seasoned pro, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and create a safe, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self.

I bring warmth, compassion, and curiosity to every session. I know that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but I want you to know that I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore your unique identities – from cultural background to gender and sexuality- and how they’ve shaped your life experiences. By taking a holistic approach to therapy, I believe we can gain a deeper understanding of who you are and where you want to go.

With my diverse range of clinical experiences, I’m confident in my ability to work with a wide variety of clients and presentations. From social anxiety to grief, from psychosis to personality disorders, I’ve helped clients navigate a wide range of challenges. Whether we’re working on short-term interventions or longer-term goals, my focus is always on empowering you to gain new insights and build a more fulfilling life that aligns with your values. So, if you’re ready to take the next step on your therapeutic journey, I’m here to listen and provide you with the support, guidance and empowerment you need to achieve your goals.
