On a personal level, I deeply value contribution. While my interest in psychology began with a genuine curiosity about people – their stories and inner worlds – it has ultimately become my chosen way of contributing, to helping others. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a deep commitment to walking alongside people as they navigate the most human parts of life: the messy, the meaningful, and everything in between.

I’m registered as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). I completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University, followed by a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. My clinical experience includes work in university, hospital, and private practice settings with adolescents and adults, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

In therapy, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches – including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – and adapt my approach to meet the individual needs and values of each person I work with.

My therapeutic style is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I believe meaningful change can only begin when you feel safe enough to explore what lies beneath the surface and I’m passionate about facilitating this. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step, and I don’t take the responsibility of sitting across from you lightly. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s healing journey, and I hold that trust with care and respect. Therapy is about working together – to make sense of your experiences, to connect the dots between past and present, to feel safe to sit with difficult emotions, and to move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
